The street with the festival
This was the street with the vendors on it. Hitomi told me afterward that the Yakuza (Japanese mafia) give money to help put on these festivals. . . yeah I feel safe.

Yeah, most likely, I am not sure why they do it but they do. Maybe they take a lot of cultural pride in their country. And that is one way of showing it, I mean besides loan sharking and pimping. . .
