I can't call it a freeway because it isn't. Notice that there are NO ON RAMPS! There is only one way to get on it and you have to pay! BTW it's called the TOMEI expressway TO stands for Tokyo and the MEI stands for Nagoya. It runs to both major cities. And it is NOT CHEAP!
